Which track is right for me?
If you're in first or second year, start with Spring Week. Penultimate year students should choose Summer Internship. Placement Year and Graduate Programme tracks are built for sandwich-course and final-year students. The Offer Engine maps your timeline automatically so you stop guessing and start executing against real recruiting deadlines.
Why does the platform focus so heavily on execution?
Because recruiting is heavily driven by timing and consistency. Applications close earlier than most students expect, and rolling recruitment rewards candidates who move first. A great candidate with no system often loses to an average candidate with consistent execution. The Offer Engine exists to close that gap.
Is this only for consulting and investment banking?
The Offer Engine is designed around consulting, IB, and PE recruiting mechanics: rolling deadlines, psychometric testing, networking, interviews, and application volume. The system also works for Big 4, strategy, asset management, and other competitive graduate roles because the execution principles are the same.
What makes The Offer Engine different from careers advice or YouTube prep?
Most recruiting resources help you prepare. Very few help you execute consistently. The Offer Engine gives you a structured weekly system, a live readiness score, deadline tracking, accountability, and measurable progress. The students who convert offers are rarely the ones consuming the most content. They are usually the ones executing the most consistently.
Can The Offer Engine guarantee me an offer?
No platform can guarantee offers. What The Offer Engine does provide is the structure, accountability, and execution system that dramatically improves your probability of converting. Students who consistently complete weekly tasks, practise interviews, and maintain application volume outperform students relying on unstructured preparation.
